Home Buying Process

Meet your lender/mortgage broker to determine budget
Connect lender to your REALTOR and provide pre-approval letter

Discuss budget and deposit requirements
Determine wants & needs, communities & timing
Sign required paperwork to begin buying proces

REALTOR to set up MLS portal
View homes on portal and make notes & categorize
Physically view homes of interest

Sign and submit the offer
Negotiate as required, or strategize for multiple offers

All negotiations are finalized
Buyers and Sellers have signed the contract
Deposit is due in one to three business days

Professional home inspection on the property
Determine any issues that may need repaired/replacement

Professional review of the condo documents
Report provided and document reviewer meets or zooms with buyer to discuss

Finalize the purchase and sign the waiver to remove inspection, condo doc review, and mortgage conditions
Sign NON waiver if not satisfied and deposit is returned

Choose a lawyer and confirm with your Agent
Meet with lawyer to sign all documents
